How to Properly Put on a Bra

How to Properly Put on a Bra

Master bra magic! Our guide unlocks perfect fit & comfort for a confident start. Learn expert tips & posture tricks to boost your style effortlessly.

Need bra bravado? We are your secret weapon. Welcome to the world of flawless confidence! Putting on a bra is an art. An exciting ritual to start your day, not a hassle. Follow our expert guide to ensure you start your day with the perfect fit and unmatched comfort.
Basics:
  1. Start Behind You: Gently slide your arms through the straps, bend forward to let your breasts gracefully settle into the cups. Stand upright, clasp each side with your thumbs and forefingers, bringing the hook and eyes behind you. Fasten on the loosest set of hooks, or adjust as needed for a secure fit once it's broken in.
  2. The Shuffle: From the bottom of the underwire push the underwire up beneath your breast root, ensuring the wire is at the root. Adjust the straps comfortably on your shoulders and position the back of the band horizontal to the front or lower for optimal comfort on your back.
  3. The Swoop, Scoop, & Split: Using the opposite hand, gently swoop your breast tissue from the side forward, scooping underneath to position it comfortably in the cup. Ensure the wire sits around and beneath. Repeat on the other side. Split the tissue in the center to center it in the cup and clear your tissue from the underwire.
Also...
  • Are you a spinner?: Avoid spinning your bra from the front when it fits properly. If new to the rear fastening method, try it without putting on the straps. Follow step 1 as usual but without your arms in the straps. Lower the fasten point behind you to a comfortable position when securing.
  • Slip Slidin': If physical limitations prevent rear fastening, wear a silk or satin camisole first. Hook the bra in front, then carefully move it to the correct position. Remove the camisole, pull up the straps, and adjust as usual.
  • The Jiggle: With your thumb and forefinger grab the gore (center of the bra) and give it a little jiggle up and down. A little jiggle can help the breasts settle into the perfect position and utilize the entire cup. Jiggle your way into flawless comfort!
  • Mirror Magic: Utilize a mirror to ensure any final adjustments are perfect. Now, blow yourself a confident kiss and seize the day!

With these tips, you've mastered the art of putting on a bra. Confidence, comfort, and a touch of fun – because every day deserves a fabulous start!
